Chia Pudding – 3 ways

IMG_0120

Wow! The second blog post within one day! Today I could sleep in since yesterday was my last day of work. To use this day as effective as possible I wrote a to do list with things which needed to be done before leaving to Morocco. When I got up I was highly motivated to be super productive today, so I would have the next days for relaxing and doing just things I enjoy. However, suddenly (and I promise, I have no idea how that happened) I ended up spending a lot of time watching a new TV show and cooking in the kitchen. And then all of a sudden, it was 6 pm and I just left our flat once for doing my groceries. But honestly, I don’t feel bad about it. I was working so much during the last months I feel like I really needed a lazy day like this, so I can be double productive tomorrow. One of the things I prepared today were chia puddings! I love that there are so many possibilities to prepare them. You can make them fruity, chocolaty, plain or however..

For the base:

  • 1/4 l plant milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp agave syrup
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Add

  • blueberries, mango, kiwis, strawberries, rasperries…

Blend the preferred fruit with soymilk, lemon juice, agave syrup and add the chia seeds. Let it rest until it has the texture you like. I prefer them rested over night. For mine I used a handful of blueberries, 2 kiwis and 1/2 mango.
